All prices are listed in Japanese yen (¥) and include consumption tax. We accept payment via credit card and Apple Pay. Payments must be completed at the time of order. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–7 business days, depending on whether the item is made-to-order. Delivery times vary by location and international orders may be subject to delays. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be canceled before shipping by contacting us.

  • Unopened items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of arrival.

  • Opened items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us for a replacement or refund at our expense.

Solmay Jewelry（以下「当店」）のウェブサイトをご利用いただき、また商品をご購入いただくことにより、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。ご利用前に必ずお読みください。

1. 概要

本利用規約は、当ウェブサイトのすべての利用者（閲覧者、購入者、コンテンツ提供者など）に適用されます。当店のサービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したことになります。

5. 配送とお届け

商品の発送は、在庫状況や製作の有無により、1～7営業日以内に行います。配送日数は地域により異なり、海外への配送では遅延が生じる場合があります。関税や輸入税が発生する場合は、お客様のご負担となります。

6. 返品・交換

  • 発送前：メールでご連絡いただければキャンセル可能です。

  • 発送後：未開封の商品に限り、商品到着後10日以内にご連絡いただければ、同等またはそれ以下の価格の商品との交換または返金に対応いたします。

  • 開封済みの商品は返品・交換の対象外です。

  • 不良品が届いた場合は、送料当店負担にて返金または交換いたしますので、ご連絡ください。
