Can I wear my jewelry in water?

Yes, sterling silver is generally safe to wear in water, but it's best to avoid chlorinated or salt water, as they can accelerate tarnishing. Prolonged exposure to moisture may also cause dullness over time. To keep your jewelry looking its best, dry it thoroughly after getting it wet and store it in a dry place when not in use.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time due to exposure to air. To keep your pieces looking their best, wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth after wearing to remove oils, dirt, and sweat. We include a polishing cloth with every order! For a deeper clean, gently scrub your pieces with a soft toothbrush and mild soap, then use the polishing cloth to restore the shine. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and hairspray, as these can cause tarnishing and dull the metal. It’s also a good idea to remove your jewelry before exercising or swimming to keep it safe. For storage, keep your jewelry in a cool, dry place to minimize exposure to moisture and air.

How do I find out my ring size?

We use US ring sizes. If you're unsure of your size, the most accurate way to find it is by getting measured at a local jewelry store. You can also purchase an affordable ring sizer online or look up at-home measuring methods.

Keep in mind that ring sizes can vary between hands and may fluctuate with temperature and the time of year. For the best fit, measure when your hands are at room temperature. Your ring should feel comfortable—snug enough to stay in place but loose enough to slide over your knuckle without resistance.

Is each piece handmade?

Yes! Each piece is handcrafted by a local artist and silversmith in small collections, making every design unique. While we carefully quality-check each piece, slight variations and imperfections are part of the handmade charm, adding to its character and authenticity.

What's your return policy?

Please contact us if you received your piece damaged or faulty, we will gladly accept it for repairs. However, we do not accept returns if you ordered the wrong size or you didn’t like it. Please select carefully and double check the measurements of your piece before checking out!

What happens if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

In the rare event that this happens, please contact us right away. These incidents will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, but we will do everything in our power to correct the situation for you. We are not responsible for lost packages in cases when the buyer provided the wrong address. Please always double check your shipping address before checking out, and email us right away if any changes need to be made before your package is shipped.
